This professional and ready-to-use Demag lifting equipment set offers a powerful complete solution for in-house material handling on Demag KBK II rail systems. The centerpiece is the Demag DCS-Pro 10-800 chain hoist with a load capacity of 800 kg and infinitely variable lifting speed of up to 11 meters per minute, enabling precise and sensitive positioning of loads. The system is mounted on an original Demag KBK II double trolley frame, which ensures optimal load distribution and extremely smooth operation. The electric travel drive consists of two powerful Demag flat gear motors (type DRF200 / ZBF 63), which use friction wheels to provide powerful and jerk-free cross travel. The entire system is controlled safely and ergonomically via the supplied Demag DST control switch with integrated emergency stop function.
