Nanometer multi-channel system
Capacitive displacement sensors are designed for measurement tasks with the highest resolutions. The capacitive multi-channel system capaNCDT 6500 is suitable for stable measurements in the sub-nanometer range. The controller offers a maximum data rate of 7.8 kHz (digital, with up to four channels) or 8.5 kHz cutoff frequency. In addition to the analog output, EtherCAT(R) is available as an interface. EtherCAT enables error-free data transmission in real time, quick integration into the existing measurement environment, and synchronization of two systems. The configuration of the capaNCDT 6500 is easily done via a web browser.
