Nanometer-Mehrkanalsystem
Kapazitive Wegsensoren sind für Messaufgaben mit höchsten Auflösungen konzipiert. Das kapazitive Mehrkanalsystem capaNCDT 6500 eignet sich für stabile Messungen im Sub-Nanometerbereich. Der Controller bietet eine maximale Datenrate von 7,8 kHz (digital, bei bis zu vier Kanälen) bzw. 8,5 kHz Grenzfrequenz. Als Schnittstelle steht neben dem Analogausgang EtherCAT(R) zur Verfügung. EtherCAT ermöglicht eine fehlerfreie Datenübertragung in Echtzeit, die schnelle Integration in die vorhandene Messumgebung und eine Synchronisation zweier Systeme. Die Konfiguration des capaNCDT 6500 erfolgt einfach über einen Web-Browser.
