The Promat Chemicals 2K Assembly Foam 400 ml is a two-component, ready-to-use, self-expanding polyurethane quick foam with excellent dimensional stability.
It cures extremely quickly, independent of air humidity, and can be cut after just 13 minutes.
The foam is very low in emissions (EC1 PLUS certified), free from silicone and solvents, and adheres to almost all substrates except PE, PP, PTFE, and silicone.
It is suitable for the installation and insulation of door frames, wooden door linings, and window elements according to GEG, DIN 4108-7, and RAL installation guidelines.
The foam is resistant to many solvents, paints, chemicals, oil, and gasoline, but is not UV-resistant and not suitable for permanent underwater use.
After curing, it can be plastered, painted, and covered.
The foam yield is up to 9.3 liters.
