Vacuum dispensing and potting system from Scheugenpflug AG, year of manufacture 2019. The system was designed for the automated processing and dispensing of potting materials. The core of the system is an inline VDS with an integrated vacuum chamber, automated axis system, and dispensing technology. The volumetric piston dispensing principle enables reproducible dispensing quantities via the geometrically defined piston stroke. For this configuration, a maximum dispensing volume of 0.45 ml is specified at a maximum dispensing stroke of 36 mm. The system also includes a separate Leybold SOGEVAC SV300B rotary vane vacuum pump, year of manufacture 2019. The pump is used for central vacuum generation.
