Description
Used heavy-duty precision exchange pallet for use on a rotary table or pallet changing system.
The pallet features an integrated pneumatic feedthrough with one line and a coupling point on the underside. For reproducible positioning, two mounted and aligned index rings are present on the underside.
The T-slots are fitted with hardened strips, which serve as running surfaces for the rollers as well as contact surfaces for pallet clamping.
On the top side, there is a customer-specific hole pattern and a central centering Ø 1000 H6. The original operating manual and the corresponding technical drawing documents are available.
Scope of delivery: Precision exchange pallet including existing indexing, clamping, and pneumatic elements as well as operating manual and technical drawing documents, as shown.
Condition: Used. The clamping surface shows clear signs of use, such as machining, clamping, adhesion, and corrosion marks. A current measurement of the geometric accuracy is not available.
