Massive round clamping or base plate for use in an AMF zero-point clamping system. The plate has clamping nipples on the underside and can therefore be mounted and positioned on compatible AMF zero-point clamping stations.
On the top side, there are 8 radially arranged T-slots for holding and fastening workpieces, fixtures, and clamping elements. In addition, various mounting and fastening holes are provided.
At the center of the plate, an AMF K10.3 zero-point system clamping module is integrated. The module is pneumatically operated and designed for an air pressure of 0.5 to 1.2 MPa or 5 to 12 bar.
Used industrial condition with typical clamping, machining, and usage marks. There are scratches and slight soiling on the surface.
T-slots, mounting holes, and the central zero-point clamping module are present. A functional test of the pneumatic clamping module is not documented.
