Massive round clamping or base plate with a diameter of 1000 mm and a height of 65.08 mm. The plate is designed for use as an interchangeable or clamping plate in combination with a zero-point clamping system.
The clamping surface features 8 radially arranged T-slots as well as numerous locating, through, and threaded holes. Additionally, two stop blocks are present on the plate.
At the center, there is an AMF Zero-Point System clamping module K10.3. The operating pressure is 0.5–1.2 MPa (5–12 bar). The system is hydraulically operated. The hydraulic connection is located on the side, protected in a recess of the base plate.
On the underside, there are clamping nipples for mounting and positioning the entire plate on a suitable zero-point clamping station.
Used. The clamping surface shows scratches, machining marks, and typical signs of use from industrial operation. No major damage. Functional testing not documented.
