Delivery & Shipment

Within Germany and the EU, parcel shipping can vary between DHL and UPS. Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are made with DHL.

Worldwide shipping is done with DHL.

Items that cannot be packaged (forwarded shipping) are sent via our in-house shipping companies.

It is mandatory to provide a delivery date (delivery day) and a telephone number when completing the purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 1 to 5 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the shipping method and delivery location.

Costs resulting from incorrect address information and/or delivery obstacles (forwarded shipping) can be passed on to the customer.

Information on delivery times refers to the expected delivery date.

The delivery period may be extended to a reasonable extent if events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult and which have no influence on "Maschinen und Werkzeug GmbH & Co.KG".
