Used lathe from Gerhard Kaul Maschinenbau from Karl-Marx-Stadt, type MDoL 200. The machine has six speed settings and is mounted on an integrated base cabinet with hinged doors. Lathes of this type are used for turning and parting operations in workshops and small batch production.
The machine is used and shows normal dirt and signs of use consistent with its age. The machine frame and guideways are present and complete. The accessories (cross slide, compound slide, chuck) are shown separately in the pictures and are included.
