Description
Used heavy-duty precision exchange pallet for use on a rotary table or pallet changing system.
The pallet comes from an industrial machining system and was used as an exchange pallet for holding a large workpiece clamping fixture. According to available information, brass cages for ball/roller bearings were machined with the associated clamping system.
The pallet has a base area of 1,250 × 1,250 mm and a documented net weight of 1,500 kg. The top side features a customer-specific hole pattern. The hole pattern of this pallet is documented in the existing FIBRO original drawing and differs from the other available exchange pallets.
The pallet is equipped with a pneumatic feedthrough with one line. According to manufacturer documentation, the coupling point is located on the underside; the outlet is on the clamping surface within Ø 500 mm.
According to FIBRO specifications, two mounted and aligned index rings for fixing the pallet are located on the underside.
The clamping grooves are fitted with hardened strips. According to manufacturer documentation, these serve as running surfaces for the rollers as well as contact surfaces for clamping the pallet.
The pallet was originally custom-made for Vogtland GmbH, Plauen.

The corresponding FIBRO operating manual as well as the existing technical original drawing with the specific hole pattern are included in the documentation.

Used.
The pallet shows usage, assembly, and machining marks consistent with industrial use. Contact marks, discolorations, and occasional superficial corrosion marks are visible on the clamping surface.
A current metrological inspection of flatness, parallelism, and positioning accuracy has not been carried out.
The accuracy values specified in the original documentation are therefore manufacturer target values from 2005 and not a current measurement of the pallet offered.
