The Kistler maXYmos NC is an NC-controlled joining and monitoring system for quality assurance in assembly and joining processes. The system consists of a maXYmos monitor (type 5847/5877AZ000) for process monitoring as well as an electric NC joining unit (NCFT, model T-13646) with integrated force sensor and displacement measurement. It is suitable for monitoring and controlling pressing, joining, and insertion operations in manufacturing and assembly technology.
The system is used and shows normal signs of wear and tear. The monitor was last tested on 09.01.2019 (tested.09.01.19.KD).
