This tool microscope is used for optical tool measurement and tool data acquisition on CNC lathes of the TNA 400/1 and TNA 400/2 series. It enables precise determination of cutting edge positions and tool geometries directly on the machine. The device features a cylindrical tube housing with a lateral eyepiece/eyepiece mount as well as an axially arranged threaded pin for clamping into the machine holder. The device comes with a cutting edge position diagram (Fig. 38), which documents possible positions of the tool cutting edge according to tool data handling. Used, functional, with normal signs of use and slight soiling.
