Zero point clamping plate with hydraulic K20 clamping modules.
Large-format zero point clamping plate for the setup and repeatable positioning of workpieces, fixtures, and clamping assemblies. The station is equipped with numerous AMF K20 zero point clamping modules. The clamping modules are operated hydraulically. The required oil pressure is 5 to 6 MPa or 50 to 60 bar. On the front side of the base plate, there are two connections with quick couplings for hydraulic supply. The base plate also has numerous holes and threaded holes for mounting and attaching additional fixtures and clamping elements.
Used industrial condition with typical signs of use, storage, and contamination. There are localized contaminations, slight corrosion and discoloration marks, as well as residues from previous use on the base plate and clamping modules. A functional or leak test of the hydraulic clamping modules is not guaranteed.
