Zero point clamping plate with hydraulic K20 clamping modules
Large-format zero point clamping plate for the setup and repeatable positioning of workpieces, fixtures, or clamping assemblies. The station is equipped with a variety of integrated AMF K20 zero point clamping modules.
The clamping modules are hydraulically operated. The required oil pressure is 5 to 6 MPa or 50 to 60 bar. There are two connections with quick couplings for hydraulic supply on the front side of the base plate.
Used industrial condition. The base plate shows signs of use, dirt, discoloration, and traces of previous setups. The installed clamping modules are externally complete and mostly clean. A functional or leak test is not documented.
