The 3M™E-A-R™Ultrafit™ 20 earplugs are designed for use in industrial environments with noise levels up to 93 dB(A). They protect against both short-term and long-term noise hazards.
No size adjustment is necessary for these plugs. They are easy to insert into the ear canal and provide a consistently comfortable fit, as they are made from flexible materials and are pre-shaped.
Over-protection in moderate noise areas is prevented by the low insulation value (SNR = 20 dB) of the earplugs, allowing employees to still hear conversations and communicate with each other even while wearing hearing protection.
Additionally, the plugs are particularly hygienic and environmentally friendly, as they are washable and reusable up to 50 times.
Their practicality is also enhanced by a cord, which prevents the earplugs from getting lost.
To meet individual user requirements, the plugs are compatible with the 3M™E-A-Rfit™Validation System, which can determine the individual attenuation value achieved by each user.
