Complete feeding and sorting station consisting of two spiral conveyors (Sortimat), each with a stainless steel hopper attachment, internal insulation, and a subsequent singulation and transfer system. The system was used in an industrial assembly line for parts feeding. The unit is mounted on a stable steel frame (painted blue). Each spiral conveyor has its own control units (Sortimat), consisting of: Hopper controller Spiral conveyor controller Rail/Vibrator controller All controllers are individually adjustable.
